Dr. Ron Tarner joined the show to discuss the new take on Darwin's "Tree of Life" but wound up discussing the topless painting of Bea Arthur on Phil's homepage. Harvey Weirman, in representing Dr. Tarner, said Phil caused injury to Weirman when he put up a Marine Corp picture of Arthur instead that scared Weirman whose pants weere around his knees forcing him to fall.
