Phil recaps the Fourth at the Beach...Phil goes into this rap about an LA Times article on Corti-Slim...Phil interviews Dr. Walgren during a segment of time Bud sold to him called "Dr Walgren Explains It All." On this edition, Dr. Walgren says no one really knows "why ice melts."....Lloyd calls to say that Danny Bonaduce getting fired is another example of the "back-stabbing whore" Jamie White......Phil does his annual summertime beef about "private: beaches.....Jeff Dowder calls to say a friend of his took a picture of him laying on the grass at the Capitol Mall and it looks like the Washington Monument is "coming up out of my slacks."......
Hour Two:
Jay Santos of the Citizens Auxiliary Police feels that people who blow off lots of fireworks on the Fourth are usually more pro-War "like they are sending a message that's its open season on blowing stuff up....."
Hour Three:
Art Griego is a retired commercial pilot who believes local baseball diamonds should be turned into private aviation strips where kids can learn how to fly. He says hits far less likely a plane from the strip will crash into your house than a foul ball "will come sailing through your kitchen window and while you turn to get more Gerber's it takes your kids head clean off."
