The second hour featured Phil ranting about Linda Chavez' appointment to the US cabinet, British TV, and the Raiders.
Steve Bosell wrapped up the show in the third hour telling Phil that he made a "sweatin to the country western" tape for his co-workers. They compared him to "gay Richard Simmons." Naturally, this inspired Steve to sue his co-workers and Richard Simmons.
