Jeff Dowdder promotes a video for his full body workout “Extreme”. Jeff is a cyclist and says that riding a bicycle or unicycle for 20 minutes every day is the way to go. Among other things, he does not recommend rollerblading or hiking for people who want to follow his “total workout” regimen, and warns of the dangers of drowning while swimming.
