Hour 1: Father James McQuarters is the guest on the Phil Hendrie Show, trying to answer the question “why does God make things happen?” He says that the tsunami was not a disaster, but God’s baptism to the people of Thailand.
Hour 2: Jeff Dowder chimes in and takes Phil’s listeners on an emotional roller-coaster during his tale of hitting a skunk and getting his car covered in “skunk stank.” Phil describes a story of running into a skunk as a teenager. Flashback request of Steve Bosell running out onto the dance floor and doing fan kicks to “I Will Survive.” Bible Bill Van Boning hosts Bible Passages.
Hour 3: Phil opens the hour talking about marriage and his dedication to making his relationship work. After a bit about an office party with a karaoke machine that gets hostile, Phil rants for the rest of the hour.
