It's Abby Sunderland night on the Phil Hendrie Show. First off, high school teacher Vernon Dozier doesn't believe a girl has the strength to sail around the world... He doesn't think women are this inferior but he uses a comparison between humans and monkeys to say that men are humans in terms of ability and women are monkeys. "Sure, once a monkey gets near Africa he'll realize he's near home and make a run for it but that's about it..." Justin McCelroy, 17 year old student from LA Canyon High School believes Abby Sunderland is trying to make other teens look lazy and disorganized by attempting the solo sail around the world. "She's just trying to suck up to the adult political establishment. Other teens are dealing with global warming and meanwhile she's bobbing up and down, doing her nails and waiting for the French navy to bring her breakfast.."
