Hour 1: Phil starts out the hour with some political commentary. The Supreme court will not hear the case of a Florida teen who doesn't want to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. He briefly mentions Glenn Beck, then he takes some phone calls.

Hour 2: Phil talks about the constitution and free speech. Making it a crime to sell videos of animals being hurt or killed is too broad. He talks about the Catholic church and the priest scandal, then he talks about Michele Bachmann.

Hour 3: Phil recounts his time in Minnesota. He talks about the war in Afghanistan, and takes some phone calls. He talks about Roman Polanski and then the stories we couldn't get to.
