  • Download Problems

    • How do I download the recent shows onto my iPod?

      If you direct yourself to "The Phil Hendrie Show" under the "Backstage" drop down header you will see under the Monday-Friday shows that there are two options; the top link is the streaming version of the show (Windows Media Player), which you can use to listen to Phil right in your browser! The bottom link is the downloadable, MP3 version of the show, which is what you want to put on your iPod.
      Depending on what web browser you are using, a simple left-click should start streaming or downloading. If you are attempting to download the show and left-clicking does not work, merely right-click the downloadable MP3 file and select "Save Link As..." to somewhere on your computer that you will remember. Then you can drag and drop those MP3 files into iTunes and onto your iPod or other music player.
      If you are using a Mac and Safari to access the site then you can download the shows by holding down the "Option" key and clicking on the MP3 link.
      Alternatively, you can simply subscribe to our RSS feed, which will automatically download the daily shows to your computer!

    • How do I redeem my free digital CDs?

    • Can I get Phil's autograph?

      Head over to the shop and select any CD. You can then choose "Autographed CD" from the drop-down menu.

    • Do you take requests for merchandise ideas?

  • Videocast

    • Is the videocast compatible with my iPhone or other iOS device?

      Our videocasts on-demand are available for all iOS devices! This includes iPhones, iPads, iPods, and basically anything else that you can throw a lower case "i" in front of. Simply navigate to the Recent Shows, tap on the "Videocast" link, and then tap on the video when it pops open in a new window.
      Our live videocast is now also available on all iOS and HTML5 compatible devices!

    • How do I solve the audio/video sync issue?

      Simply pause the videocast, wait a few seconds, and then resume play. The player should have sufficient time to buffer and re-sync the audio and video.
