I think one of the reasons you can't sleep Phil, is cause you're a workaholic and your mind is always thinking about things you want to do
but keep up with the meditation to try and relax -

Memoirs of WT Sherman played a part in one of the most amazing things i've seen on tv. 1979 or 1980 College Bowl finals, Art Fleming in his post-Jeopardy days hosting. Harvard vs Davidson College. Harvard may have a larger faculty than Davidson has a student body. Davidson slaughtered Harvard.
On one of the tossup questions, Fleming is reading a passage that has no giveaway concerning its source to the average trivia genius. One of the Davidson players jumps in and correctly answers "Memoirs of WT Sherman." The passage came from the intro from the first volume of that work. There is nothing in that intro that specifically links the language to Sherman's life or is Bartlett's material. A totally awesome tossup answer. -

I've stayed in some old run down hotels in my day. Especially in New York city.

Haha! Yeah, what ever happened to Margaret Gray's beach towel? It needs to be washed thoroughly with some of that Cecil Hotel water. [vomits]

Plenty of decent hotels in downtown LA. For example, around Little Tokyo, there is The New Otani and there is the Miyako.
